The following terms are applicable for any products that You reserved with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Reservation Agreement:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Audyse Technology Inc, St. John’s.
- Goods refer to the items offered for reservation on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to reserve Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Audyse Technology, accessible from https://audysetech.com
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Reservation
Please note that under no circumstances will there be any refunds or returns with respect to this product launch. Reservations serve as contributions to fund the development of the CORE product and are considered investments with the expectation of receiving an early version of the product.
Reservations play a vital role in funding the development of the AudyseCORE. As such, individuals who reserve units will be among the first to receive the product upon its completion.
While we are unable to offer refunds or returns, we are committed to working closely with every supporter to ensure that the product meets expectations and functions as intended. Your satisfaction and experience with the AudyseCORE are of utmost importance to us.
Please also note that the purchase cost of the device may change during the development process. If such changes occur, you will be promptly notified.
