AudyseCORE Shipping Soon

Hi Everyone,

We’re excited to share that the time has finally come! We’ve received the first batch of AudyseCOREs and are currently working through the QA process here in St. John’s.

As we complete QA, we’ll be shipping units in the order they were purchased. If you don’t receive a shipping notification right away, don’t worry—it may take a few days as we work through the process.

Shipping Details

All orders are being shipped from St. John’s, Newfoundland.

• Canada & US Orders: Shipped via Canada Post
• International Orders: Shipped via UPS

If you haven’t already, we recommend checking and updating your shipping address to ensure it's current. All orders will include a tracking number, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment via our website or the Shop app.

What’s Next?

Alongside shipping, we’ve launched the first version of the RidePASS website, which will allow you to configure your AudyseCORE for your setup.

Inside the packaging, you’ll find two options for speaker
covers:

• Speaker Pads: Provide optimal ANC (recommended)
• Foam Covers: Offer a slimmer fit but slightly reduce ANC

We’ve also released a series of installation guides to help you set up your AudyseCORE. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help! More installation details will be provided when your unit ships.

Final Thoughts

It’s been a long journey to get here, and Jim and I are incredibly excited to finally get your AudyseCOREs into your hands. We can’t wait to hear your thoughts and feedback!
